Colorado Deck and Framing’s goal is to provide the highest quality custom decks and outdoor living spaces for the best value. We accomplish this by using the finest quality composites, our lifetime steel frame, the highest quality railing systems, and implementing building practices that meet or exceed the standards set forth by the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. We feel that the best value is a project that you never have to worry about replacing again; one that will last for many years to come.

Colorado Deck and Framing has expanded into the custom home market! We’ve seen a need for innovation in both design and building practices in the custom home market. We’ve had the pleasure of working with many homeowners over the years and getting to hear the deficiencies of their outdoor space as well as the inside of their home. We’ve decided to begin offering out of the box building featuring ICF, SIP, SCIP, steel frame, and other advancing innovations in the home building market. Important Consumer Information

This information for homeowners has been produced by the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department and is a great reference for understanding permits & inspections. The most important thing for homeowners to know is that the permitting process is set up to protect the homeowner. If you hire a contractor that does not have the proper license & insurance they may try to skip the permit process or ask you to obtain the permit. Please do not do this as it will transfer ALL liability to the homeowner. In El Paso County a contractor cannot obtain a permit without proper licensing and proper insurance coverage. You can always check with the Regional Building Department at 719-327-2880.
